About me

I am a clinical psychologist and senior researcher at Pro Persona Research, and a lecturer at Radboud University. My work focuses on improving psychotherapy outcomes through feedback-informed treatment and routine outcome monitoring. In my clinical role, I work with individuals with complex personality disorders, and this direct patient care continually informs my research and teaching.

About me
I work as a scientist-practitioner; I am both a healthcare psychologist and a PhD at a large mental healthcare institution in the Netherlands. 
The purpose of my dissertation was to contribute to both the knowledge about and the use of Measurement-Based Care (MBC). In the first part, we examined several preconditions for the use of MBC in youth mental health care (a positive attitude and the availability of clinical support tools). In the second part, we conducted two studies on the potential effective components of MBC and the implementation of MBC.
